Adding files (.epub) for downloading: how/

Hello,

I just realized I do see a way to upload a file (.epub in my case) then adding a link on a page for peeps to DL it. Is there a way to do this through the Dashboard?

I could of course just place the file in the site folder and then add a link to it…is that the way it’s done?
