# adding fields?

 * I created a form that collects emails, name, and message, but I would like to
   
   1) add a choice field like:What’s your budget: 0-100 , 100-200, 200-300 so the
   person can select from the options before submitting the message2) add more text
   fields
 * how do I do this?
