    Currently its not supported

    1. Is it possible to add fields such as first name, last name, email, etc
    2. Also how can I arrange the fields, change their fonts and change the width of text field?

    With out project you can’t do. but you can create a project name called General and use this function to get the donation link
    wcqd_get_donate_link($donation_id='364',$amount = 10,$echo = false)

    3. Is it possible to not have any project assigned?
