Adding Feedback Form During a Video Playback

    I want to add a feedback form right at the middle of video playback. I can host the video to my site or in a different location. Does anyone have any idea how can I achieve this? A plugin would be a lifesaver for me.

    You mean during the video ?

    That seems to be hard one. It’s kinda an overlay video, that is technically possible, like Youtube sometimes ask for feedback at the beginning of the video…

    Even if it’s possible, there’s a possibility that adblock would block it… so you will need an anti-adblock plugin…!
