# Adding Featured Posts in the Sidebar

 * Hi, There
    I want to add featured posts (custom posts) in the sidebar and I am
   unable to do this as I can’t find any widget helping me with that. I can only
   find the recent posts widget which I dont want to be used in the sidebar.
 * Kindly help me with the same such that I can customize my sidebar with the featured
   posts(the selected posts from a specific category)
