Adding external javascript code where the code is in the src URL

    I’m trying to add some external javascript (specifically the AddThis bar) where the code is <script type="text/javascript" src="http://s7.addthis.com/js/250/addthis_widget.js"></script>

    How would I correctly do this in the functions.php file?
