 * Is there a way for people who aren’t users on my site to add events? Or can people
   sign up to add their events?

 * This feature is not available in The Events Calendar, but you can allow your 
   users to add events to your website with [Community Events](https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/).
 * This plugin adds an event submission form to the front-end of your website so
   users can add events to your calendar without needing admin access.
