# Adding entries via form doesn’t work

 * Hi, I’m having issues with adding entries. I was able to import a css (although
   i found it odd that I couldn’t choose which form I wanted to import to, meaning
   every time I upload a csv it’ll create a new form, so I can’t add additional 
   entries to the same form by just uploading a new csv.)
 * So I tried adding additional entries through the form, but they don’t show up.
 * Any ideas why this is happening?
