Hello, please keep in mind that i'm relatively new to site building, so i might be missing something.

Anyway, on to the problem. I've had the site up for a couple of weeks now, and everything was working fine. Didn't have any addons, but i didn't need any. But today i wanted to add a photo gallery, but i couldn't find any built in function for that, so i tried a couple of plugins, and ended up with Nextgen gallery. Sounded very fancy and to me it seemed it was, lots of features yet pretty user friendly. This is also the only thing i recently changed, which is why i'm mentioning it in here.

Because i think it's causing my New Page and New Post to eat up all of my CPU. I can't find anything that would take such a humongous ammount of CPU power on the pages though. It's also only the New page/New post/Edit page/Edit post pages, that are suddenly so slow. Though i have tried disabling the plugins, to no improvement. Pages stayed slow, though i only gave the site half a minute before trying to write a new page (Did relog in between deactivating and trying to make a new page/post)

I couldn't find any similar problems, so i'm posting a new thread. Please help, i'd really like to continue using Nextgen

    I'm using 2.5.1 on windows XP SP3
