Adding Dynamic Field

    Hi please read the following URL which provides a list of the extra fields that you can add to the form.

    As far as I know, currently you can’t add dynamic fields.

    Yeah I don’t think it is possible by default from having a read through. Hopefully this will be a function in the feature in the future
