Adding custom text to bottom of post in categories

I’m looking for a plugin that would allow me to add custom text to the end of posts in different categories (ie posts in category one would have certain text, posts in category two would have something else…). WP Post Footer does something similar on a post by post basis rather than categories, but it hasn’t been updated and isn’t working for me. Are there any alternatives?
