Is it possible to add custom HTML in the metabox that is created by the CMB2? Such as I want to add links for helps if people want to know how to get the data to place into a field (ie YouTube ID).

Sure, if you want to add arbitrary HTML before/after the metabox fields, you can use the hooks documented here.

If you want to output before a field, or group field, you can use field parameters documented here and here.
