    hmm strange. it works for me, I am using chrome, even the old version of chrome it works. When you click the add new field, a drop down suppose to show. try this beta version, still in development... download here

    Just downloaded and tried this however exactly the same thing, starting to think it's something with my install, deactivated all plugins except this and woocommerce but still the same :/
    If I sent you the login criteria would you be able to test it on your end?

    are you sure that you deactivated all your plugins? and that you uninstalled this plugin and re-install it via the beta version? also you can contact me from the website as well.

    Yeah I deactivated all the plugins except woocommerce itself then uninstalled version 1.4 and installed this one and still no luck, really unsure what's up with it, going to do a fresh wordpress install on a different subdomain and try a completely fresh install, see if that works for me then I know if it is definitely something with this install etc

    Just had a thought, not sure if it's completely irrelevant but could it be anything to do with permissions on the server ?

    remove the first line of code, save changes then remove the second line of code. Each theme is different, and with this, some js will not work.

    For those of you having issues with this plugin, the problem is that the jquery sortable plugin is not enqueued and needs to be. Find the plugin php file:
    woocommerce-checkout-manager.php

    and on line 1393, replace the enqueue script with these lines:

    if(!wp_script_is('jquery-ui-sortable', 'queue')){
         wp_enqueue_script('jquery-ui-sortable');
    }
    wp_enqueue_script( 'script_wccs', plugins_url( 'script_wccs.js', __FILE__ ), array( 'jquery' ), '1.2', true );

    Basically, I just enqueued jquery's sortable plugin if it wasn't already and then I placed the plugin developer's script in the footer (just to sort out any potential placement issues).
