• Hello,

I need three country groups: local, Europe and International, and am having a hard time understanding how I add Europe and International without having to select each individual country. I see on the plugin front page that it is possible to group countries that share delivery costs, and I get that I need to use country group 0 for anything I haven’t selected before. I can’t see how I would group Europe as one, and everything else as another, though. Can anyone help?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi, with three groups you will need to spend some time selecting all the countries in one of the groups.
Country group 1 would be local
Country group 2 would be Europe
Country group 0 would be International.

You’ll need to select your local country for group 1
and then select all European countries for group 2.
Any other country would be handled in country group 0 – International.

Thank you for the reply. I did as you suggested, and all is well. However, I wonder if it is possible to add codes for different weights. For example, if someone wanted to buy four items from me, the weight would exceed the 500 grams I have coded now. I have added this to my settings:

    500|2.00|1
    500|8.00|2
    500|14.00|3
    1000|4.00|1
    1000|14.00|2
    1000|22.00|3

… but it still only calculates the price for the weight up to 500 grams.

Is there any way to calculate the weight if it goes over 500g?

    Thank you.

Hi, with the table you’ve given if you order 2 items at 500g to be shipped to country group 1 then the charge should be 4.00

If you order 4 – total weight 2000 grams then the charge will also be 4.00
unless you attempt to set a maximum weight.
    e.g.
    2000 | X | 1

    Can you give more details.
