Adding content to root of a domain

    I have bought a high PR domain and want to add some content to the root domain which has the PR. But I can’t see how to add it.

    If I look in Appearances. Menu, a page called Home is showing but it doesn’t show on the Pages list.

    How can I find it to add content?
