Adding Content help

i am creating a membership site which will provide stock market ideas. as of now im using S2member but i am thinking about switching to member press. my issue is adding content. i will be posting symbols of stocks daily into 3 different categories. i have a problem figuring out how where to add them daily so they can be looked only once a member. should i do it as posts or pages? i already have the designated pages where they should appear under in the menu. since the content will be updated daily whats the best way to just add the symbols and update? i tried the blog but it shows it under all 3 categories. i want a separate blog maybe for each category. http://www.tradingwithalgorithms.com
