Adding comments template to Page

I have a website at http://example.com/ and wordpress installed at http://example.com/weblog. I’m using a static front page.

At the moment I have a number of pages (note the small ‘p’) at http://example.com/example/2006 , /2005, / 2004 etc. I am able to integrate these pages into my website by using [require(‘../../weblog/wp-blog-header.php’);] and having the header, sidebar, footer etc. However I am not able to add comments form to this page.

Is it possible to do that?

Else I will have to transfer those pages into wordpress Pages, which I’m not inclined to do due to other problems.
