Adding Columns in Theme 2014

I am currently using theme 2014. I want to make two changes this theme for my blog. Here is the link to my website: http://xplor-india.com/

1) Is it possible to shrink (make smaller) the sizes of the features 6 images as currently when someone opens this site, they are able to see only the 6 features images on the top and they can’t see the below content instantly when opening site? If it’s possible someone please guide me step by stem on this.

2) My main page posts are automatically coming one after another which is making my blog go very long. I want to add three columns in the center of the website without deleting/changing the primary sidebar or content sidebar. If this is possible also, please send me step by step guidelines.
