 * I just downloaded your plugin and I love it! Works like it says it does which
   is good because i’m not a developer. I saw that someone posted about adding a
   country dropdown and you were nice enough to provide the .php code. Is it possible
   to add a city AND country code. fyi…I hide the phone # field as I don’t require
   that info from my subscribers.

 * I hope you already found a solution. If not you can easily modify the country
   drop-down plugin to do what you need.
 * Hide the phone in the short code or widget’s options.
    To hide the phone in the
   short code set phone equal to Zero `[easy_sign_up title="Your Title Here" phone
   ="0"]`

    Cut and paste the code block into a text file – name that text
   file: esu_dropdown.php and save Put that new php file into a folder called esu_dropdown
