Adding checkbox to Affiliate Area

    To display the subscription checkbox on the registration page, just tick the enable “Enable Mailchimp Subscription” checkbox from the plugin settings page.

    For now it is not possible to display the subscription checkbox on the Affiliate area.
    But I can add that feature to the plugin and release an update before Wednesday. If you are cool with that.

    Hi Michael,
    I just released an update that add the subscribe checkbox to the affiliate settings tab for those affiliate that haven’t subscribe to the newsletter.
    Kindly update to the latest version of the plugin.
