 * I have a category of “recipes” under that I have “Vegetable Dishes” . I posted
   a vegetable recipe to “Vegetable Dishes”. It shows up on the main page which 
   I do not want. The category “Vegetable Dishes” shows up under category which 
   I want and you can link to the recipe. How can i keep it from showing up on the
   main page? I only have one page on my web site and that was the default.
