Adding borders and links to text widgets

    Hi lovely team!

    In my sidebar I’d like to have a list of a couple of articles of my selection, so my question is:
    -How can I create a border around said widget?
    -How can I link the text in my widgets to the actual posts?

    Ex:
    These are my most popular posts
    Post 1 <– with link to post 1
    Post 4 <– with link to post 4

    etc.
