 * One of the themes I use has widgets to add stuff above content, below content,
   above header, below header. I have another project with a different theme that
   does not have those options. Is there a plugin for this, or is it something that
   must be built into the theme?
    Thanx! Kicker

 * you will need to edit your theme for this, possibly after creating a child theme;

 * Thanx! I think I need to be more specific.
    A theme I use on one project has
   on the widget page to the left: RIGHT SIDEBAR LEFT SIDEBAR ABOVE HEADER BELOW
   HEADER ABOVE CONTENT BELOW CONTENT
 * And I can just drag the HTML/TXT widget into them and its real nice for all sorts
   of things.
    I cannot use that theme for the other project I am working on.
 * Is there a plugin that does that?
    Or if CSS what would that be?
 * I understand child themes.
 * Thanx
