Adding Banner Widget And Making It Mobile Responsive

Hi Everyone,
I Have A Website That I Working On.
It uses a Tiny Forge Theme. I Am trying to add a banner widget. I was able to do that. But now the thing is that, i want the banner add and the widget on the line or level but its not working. I am a new to wordpress. I will aprreciate any comments or help. Thank You for your time.
