We have a banner ad on the main event calendar page – http://alittlebitofstone.com/calendar/

How can we also include this on the individual events?
eg. http://alittlebitofstone.com/events/adult-post-natal-fitness-class-at-rooftop-studios-2015-02-12/

If you want the ad to run just above the event content, you can add the banner code to the top of Single event page format under Events > Settings > Formatting > Events.
