 * I am trying to add a tiled background image to my website via CSS. My theme is
   iNove.
 * Please help!!

 * I don’t know what i am doing wrong…I also tried to add it via a plugin and I’m
   getting a “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” error 
   message
