# Adding Audio File Problem

 * Whenever I try to add an audio file to a post it gives me a message saying “Are
   you sure you want to do this?”. Under that it gives a link that says please try
   again and when I click on it, it pulls up the a whole new wordpress window INSIDE
   the add audio file window.

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.

 * It could be an issue related to the theme, are you using the default theme and
   if not, you can try changing the theme to the default to see if that is the issue.
   You can also try in a different browser as well to see if the browser you are
   using is having an issue with the windows.
