 * Instead of the options to buy, I would like to add a simple inquiry form, but
   I can’t figure out how, the products can not be edited in wpbakery, is there 
   a master sheet i can add it too, so I can simply tick box select the products
   I want this form to be added to??

 * I should have been more clear.. I did check plug in store.. and some of them 
   come up… but none of themwere what I was looking for…

 * That link shows a website with the type of thing I need, it looks to be able 
   to be customised… I can’t find anythign like it?
 * Ideally I would need to have it replace were the product options are and be able
   to write my own criteria?
