Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » Adding an image to the woocommerce admin order page which the customer can view

Hi all, so I have tried searching in several places and using several different terms, i cant seem to find what i want….

Basically I send out some of my orders to customers with no proof of postage as they are simply stamped, addressed envelopes, I would like to be able to add a picture to the woocommerce admin order notes to send to the customer so they can see the envelope with their address on it and a stamp attached, either way i want to be able to add it to the order page so that the customer can view the picture once i have dispatched it.

Does anyone know a method or plugin that will allow me to do this?

    Hi there 👋

At the moment, there’s no default option for that in WooCommerce, and setting that as the default would require quite a bit of additional coding. Please kindly note that this requires some custom coding – which goes beyond the scope of support we are able to provide in this forum.

However, upon checking on the internet I can see there is a post on a site that might help you! Here is the link:

If you do require more help with the actual coding, we’d recommend you hire a developer who can take a look at this, quote you for their services, and help you add this feature to your site. We’d recommend getting in touch with a web developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, the above information was helpful!

If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.

    Thanks.
