I would like to add an HTML tag <h3></h3> inside a div containing the wp menu for accessibility purposes. However I don’t know how to do it or it’s possible. Checking my code, I was only successful in putting the tag before the div but not inside. Technically I accomplished what I wanted but I think it’s more appropriate if the tag is in the right place.

    I would appreciate any help.

Why would it matter before or after the div accessibility-wise?

In terms of accessibility, there’s no difference if it’s before the div. But it’s just that I have a feeling the right location for that tag is inside the div.
