  • I have received a request by a reader of a blog note to make a pitch for it. (The page linked here is coincidental since I think I am required to add one.)

    Researching the person and his pitch text, and rationale for it I will take care of myself. I assume the text he’d come with is ok etc. It could agree with my points, but wouldn’t necessarily have to.

    However, some editorial considerations would be needed, I guess:

    How would a pitch be added and presented? At the start or end? I use the Table of Contents Plus plugin, so anywhere it would be fast seen and reached. I also use the Collapse-O-Matic plugin so that I could fold the pitch up, with a good header etc.

    Do I make a comment about the pitch (other than presenting it I assume)?

    Most importantly, what have I now not asked about?
