Adding an e-mail address and in-line form to a blog

I’m a newbie when it comes to working with WordPress and the technical world of blogging. My questions are simple ones to the more experienced person, but they’re not that simple to me.

First, I want to add an e-mail address to my blog using the same domaine name as the blog itself, so that visitors can contact me with non blog post related questions. I have registered an e-mail address with Go Daddy. How do I set up this e-mail address on the blog?

Second, I also want to set up an in-line form on the blog through AWEBER. I don’t believe AWEBER teaches how to place the in-line form in the desired position on a WordPress blog. Would it be possible to direct me to a resource that would help out with this, positioning the in-line form on a blog? (I am considering hiring a coder, but want to try to do it myself first.)
