Adding an attendee using the “Did we slip up and forget to invite someone? If so, please add him or her here:” option throws the following error

Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/xxx/public_html/mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/rsvp/rsvp_frontend.inc.php on line 558 and defined in /home/xxx/public_html/mysite.com/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 990

This is on a fresh install of both WordPress 3.5 and RSVP plugin 1.6.1.

Issue still occurs after updating RSVP plugin to 1.6.2

Is there a fix for this? I have the same problem and want to use this feature.

Has anyone come up with a solution to this problem? I’d be glad to help or troubleshoot but I’m coming from an ASP.NET background and PHP is a bit strange to me right now.

OK, in the dashboard under “Settings -> RSVP Options” uncheck the “Debug RSVP Queries” and the error goes away.

Unchecking the Debug RSVP Queries only turns off the SQL outputs… It does not remove the PHP/MySQL error issue. It still exists in v.1.7.0.

Still looking for a solution to this error.
