Adding an Admin page

Hi,

I’m busy developing my first theme – GREAT FUN! I want to have different headers and sidebars on every page, and that part I’ve sorted out.

However – each header and sidebar will contain unique “blocks” for unique advertisements, i.e. Advertiser 1’s ad will appear in the Home header, Avertiser 2’s ad will appear in the Home sidebar, Advertiser 3’s ad will appear in the “Dining” page header, etc.

Instead of registering a gazillion sidebars or coding the URL’s to each advert’s image into every template, I was wondering whether it is possible to create a page in WP which only the Administrator can see, and this page will contain text blocks where the URL to each advertisement can be entered. Upon doing that, the relevant page (eg “Dining”) will then load the specified image into the header or sidebar “block” designated for that specific ad.
