    Hi Tash,

Thanks for using EasyRotator for WordPress! To specify alt text for your photos, set the Title value for each slide in the editor.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

Hi Drew, as usual a very fast response, thank you!

I’ve added the title for each slide but I still can’t see the alt tag in the rendered code? Am I doing something wrong? I’ve been told it is quite important for SEO?

I don’t really want to display titles but I guess I can just have a display: none in my style sheet?

    Many Thanks
    Tash

    Hi Tash,

Whether the titles appear to page viewers depends on the layout template you’re using, but they can indeed be hidden if needed.

Can you please send the URL of the page so I can check for the titles?

    Sincerely,
    Drew O’Neill

    Great, thanks Drew

I don’t know enough to even guess why it is not showing in firebug but as long as it is I am happy. Thank you very much for your help and the great plug in.
