# Adding Agents

 * I followed the directions for adding an agent to WPL by first adding the agent
   as a new WordPress user. I can see the agent as a new user in Word Press. I can
   not edit the user in WPL and agents do not show up in the property listing manager.

 * After adding the user to WPL you should activate the user in WPL too by clicking
   on tick icon on WPL->User Manager. Please check [this](https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/543/)
   KB article.
 * If you couldn’t fix the issue please open a private ticket and provide us your
   WordPress admin access.
