Adding Additional Analytics Code

Hello,

Is there a way to add additional customer Google Analytics code when using this plugin?

I am having some issues where I can see that the www. version of my website (not just the raw http:// version) shows up as a referal. I was reading that if I add a bit of code to my GA, it will fix this.

Any ideas?
