Adding a user's webcam to a page?

Hi,

I would like to have a video on my site, and next to it display the user’s webcam image. I don’t actually need to record or take a picture, but I want the user to be able to see himself like in a mirror.

Does anyone know of a plugin that does this? Alternatively, I found a site with some .fla and .as code files, and a .php file, but I’m green enough that I don’t know what to do with these files, or how to call them from a wordpress page!
