# Adding a theme? HOW

 * ok ive downlaoded a them, it came with the images foler, a CSS sheet, i uploaded
   all the files and it wouldnt work, so i copied all the PHP scripts from the defailt
   one, and it let me select it now but when i do i just have a white page?

 * OK, let’s check the obvious things first. You upload a theme to a new folder 
   in the Themes folder. Did you do this? When you have done that, the theme should
   become visible in the admin display page. Reload if necessary.
 * If not, it is time to ask again, but not to copy files from another theme.

 * Ok i deleted the copied files, and yes i did put it in a new folder

   and a template.

 * betty, you must have a 1.2 “style” as opposed to a 1.5 theme.
 * You can use the 1.2 styles with the “classic” theme in 1.5, but on its own, it
   will not work in 1.5.
