Adding a second post action to publish_post

    I am a quite green at PHP, but I still have got this idea that I want to make a WordPress plugin that posts images to my flickr account automaticly when I post, using the Flickr API upload sevice. Can anyone tell me how to add a second POST action to the publish_post hook?
