Adding a second layer of image

    Hey guys..

    I was wondering how i could add a 2nd layer to an image? like a small image that says “learn more” and users could click that and it leads them to another page but when they mouse over the main image nothing is linked..

    Ill use Indiegogo.com as an example.. the slider has an image that says “Be inspired” then theres this pink button that says “get started”

    i was hoping to find out how i may create that button for my image..
