Adding a Search Users form

I’m trying to add a form to search my site’s users to the front end of my site.

I basically just want the same functionality that exists in the WP admin Users area, where you can search for a user by username, name, email address, or whatever…trying to figure this out myself but if anyone knows of a solution or plugin or something, much appreciated!

I searched for the past hour but couldn’t find anything here or elsewhere on the web.
