Adding a privacy download into terms and conditions

    Hello, I am using WP version 3.2.1 and my question is regarding adding a download (from the content manager) which is our company’s privacy policy, into the terms and conditions box on the registration form for users.

    It is a bit long to put in the box, so I thought it would be better if people were able to download it.
