Adding a post to my blog and a page – is that possible

    HI All
    Please be of help. I have created the website http://www.caves.co.za. On the front page I paste the latest news relating South African cave news but I have several fixed pages as well – adventure caving, tourist caving etc.

    When the article I have blogged about relates to Tourist caves I would like the article to be visible this page as well. Instead the reader gets a stagnant page with fixed content and unless he goes hunting on the sidebar he would never even know the topic was mentioned.

    Is there a way to attache the blog post with the fixed header thereby allowing people to read the latest news but also browse a page and come across the same news ?

    Any help greatly appreciated
