Adding a Page or Post to my sidebar

Hello I am pretty new to worpress and I was wondering how I can can call a post or a page (just the info) into one of my sidebars.

The reason is I found two video plug-ins that I like but they will only show in a post or on a wordpress page. I have no clue how to call the plugins to my sidebar or ad it to my widgets so I can drag it to my sidebar!
