    Rhe public speaking site is using a map made in flash, the security guard one is embedding a map via an iframe from http://createaclickablemap.com

    Thanks so much cubecolour! I’m guessing that an iframe is probably better than flash?

    Depends on your requirements. I would avoid flash as it doesn’t work on iPads or other IOS devices. Then again I would not embed an iframe served from any site until I’d satisfied myself that the site is trustworthy.

    Another method that looks like it might be interesting can be found at http://jvectormap.com although I’ve not tried it.
