Adding a link to a Query Loop – Post Template – Image

    I‘d like to make the image of a Query Loop – Post Template – Image clickable, linking it to the respective post.

    When I try to add the link in the image block, a message „This button is using a dynamic link.“ appears.

    Is there a way to make this work?

    Hi there,

    You are not supposed to add static link to the image in the query loop.

    Select the image, on the right sidebar, go to the dynamic data panel, you can set the dynamic link to single post for the image.

    Excellent, thank you very much for your quick answer and your patience with me, an absolute beginner in using WordPress, GeneratePress, GenerateBlocks.

    I started just two days ago and am loving it.

    Yes, after a few days of playing around with WordPress, GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks, I‘m starting to get the hang of it 🙂

    There are still a few things I need help though. Will post them during the next few days.
