Hello nahbois, adding a hyperlink to the description is not controlled by the plugin.
You might have a plugin or theme conflict.
Can you provide a link to the product page so that we can check.

Right now there is no hyperlink in the description as it causes the description to appear blank.

Hi can you try something just to see if it works. Can you add the hyperlink outside the square brackets for example.

I have actually already done that and the link will work outside the product display box shortcode while inside the column shortcode.

Yes I did that and the same happens… nothing appears.
Hi nahbois, there must be a conflict between the two plugins.
Try to disable creativplugins plugin and only run Simple Paypal Shopping Cart plugin and try again?
