Adding a Dedicated Podcast Feed

I’m not quite understanding how to create a dedicated podcast feed (one I can link to within my feeds area in my sidebar). I’m using WP version 2 and podpress. I’d like to a create rss2 feed for my podcast. I already have RSS2 feeds for all my blog entries and another for comments.

All my podcasts are included (checked) to appear in a specific catagory called podcasts, which happens to be http://blogs.example.com/?cat=3 or http://blogs.example.com/?category_name=podcasts.

I’ve tried editing my sidebar.php as is explained on the WordPress site so the section of code under the feeds section is changed to link to the catagory

<a href="<?php bloginfo_rss('rss2_url'); ?> ">Podcasts (RSS)</a>

If I type in the Web address http://blogs.example.com/?feed=rss2&category_name=podcasts in my browser, I can actually get the RSS feed to appear,but I’m not quite sure how to alter the sidebar.php code to have it all podcast catagory tagged content to automatically appear under the Feeds section of my sidebar column.
