Adding a cart and shop page (free 2016 Virtue theme)

Issue 1: I have looked around and can’t seem to find an option to add a cart. Does anyone know how to add this feature?

Issue 2: The shop page is not in the drop down options to set a new page template. Does anyone know how to add the shop page?
